My name is Valérie Elsliger. I’ve been working as a web designer, web developer, web integrator and web strategist for over 19 years. As owner of the Vanille Idylle company, I’m regularly asked to boost a company’s profile, and to date, I’ve always achieved my objectives.
My main strengths as a web strategist are to analyze the competitive environment and then monopolize a niche market. Getting my customers’ websites to appear in the first search results that Internet users consult on search engines is always one of my first objectives. I then deploy a strategic plan to help my customers become the benchmark in their field. If they so wish, I can extend their reputation internationally.
When Vanille Idylle arrives on the scene, it invariably attracts a huge response, and every time it’s the same thing: there are the admirers, who understand that it’s better to be affiliated with this niche market expert, and there are the detractors. As the owner of Vanille Idylle, detractors always make me smile, because they’re the signal that a business is successful.
Vanille Idylle approaches the niche market of rat breeding from a pet therapy perspective, but also as an animal behaviorist specializing in the muridae family, more specifically rodents such as rats. As a passionate rat lover, I hope to open people’s minds to the fact that Chimera rats are non-human animals that are the closest to nature in terms of complexity, and that their intelligence has nothing to envy to the lineage of human animals, that of Homo sapiens, i.e. modern man.
Adoption contract raterie Chimère
The adoption contracts signed between the applicants selected as adopters of baby rats and the Chimera rattery are processed by the Vanille idylle team. We happily and proudly deliver our Chimera rats to many cities in the province of Quebec, and soon to other cities in Canada, such as Toronto and Hamilton.

After completing the mandatory adoption form, our prospective adopters can pay the adoption fee in full to reserve their baby rat duo, trio or quartet. If the adopter’s application is accepted, the adoption takes place within a few weeks, or if the rats have not yet reached the minimum age of 6 weeks, the adopter waits on the Chimera rattery waiting list.
Although the possibility of paying in full for a reservation of a Chimera rat duo, trio or quartet is available online in the boutique of our website Élevage de rats (as is the case for most online virtual boutiques), the only obligation for the potential adopter is to pay a non-refundable deposit of 60%, which is requested by bank transfer. Bank transfers are therefore accepted as a method of payment, with the remainder to be paid in person on the day of the adoption.

The company Vanille Idylle (registered with the Registrar of Companies – NEQ 2270537527) has a large clientele to its credit, including major names such as the Association des femmes entrepreneurs du Québec, the Fonds d’emprunt Québec and Emploi Québec, for whom we have carried out web design, web development, web integration and web maintenance, integration, maintenance and security of the entire portal for all self-employed workers in Quebec City, the Réseau Tactiq (the Réseau Tactiq portal has now been replaced by a new formula for workers), which may give you a clue as to our level of expertise and therefore the degree of trust we’ve earned among our Quebec-based clientele.
